Our opportunity We are looking for our new Operational Excellence Partner to ensure that we can run continuous improvement initiatives locally to eliminate waste in the processes.
Share best practice across areas, regions to ensure that we harvest value across the organization.
Anchor changes to how we operate in an updated operations system and ensure that we have the proper data insights to effectively run the operating system Main responsibilities: Running continuous improvement programs / LEAN projects in the processes aligned with Ocean Operations Regional priorities Ensuring that continuous improvement findings/solutions are shared across region harvest optimal value Work together with continuous improvement leads regional/global on agreed initiatives and incorporate into Maersk Operating System (MOS) Provide feedback via the Super Users on improvement opportunities on processes Stay true to global/local SOPs when running continuous improvement initiatives Work cross-functional in areas to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system Validate trade-offs between cost and quality in improvement initiatives to ensure aligned with Ocean Operations objectives Ensure line of sight on regional continuous improvement initiatives Driving and embedding operating system across Ocean Operations Work cross functionally in the Region to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system and structurally and sustainably solved Coaching organization on Lean , Kaizen, etc.
Accountable for: Deploying TMW tools, global standards, and behaviors in the Area, following global priorities and timelines Building, integrating and maturing OpEx capabilities and CI culture across frontline and leadership teams Driving measurable improvements in key business KPIs tied to business performance, operational efficiency and customer outcomes Challenge, influence, and drive accountability across senior leaders and cross-functional teams We are looking for: If you have the requirements below, this is your chance to join this high-performance team and be part of this great moment in our organization!
