You will play a key role in optimizing the tools and systems that power inbound marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
Your work will directly impact marketing efficiency, automation capabilities, and data-driven growth initiatives across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize marketing platforms including HubSpot, Beehiiv, Claude, Google AI Studio, and SEO tools Support the execution of inbound marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline growth Build, maintain, and improve marketing workflows, automations, and campaign processes Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels Contribute to SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO support, and performance tracking Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign efficiency Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers as needed Manage and update marketing content across websites, newsletters, and digital platforms Must-Have Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing technology, or similar roles Hands-on experience working with platforms such as HubSpot, Beehiiv, Google AI Studio, Claude, or comparable marketing and AI tools Strong technical comfort managing multiple marketing platforms, automations, and workflows Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles, inbound marketing, and lead generation strategies Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in B2B environments such as professional services, consulting, or technology companies Exposure to marketing automation and workflow optimization tools Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and campaign optimization processes Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of content marketing, conversion tracking, and performance analytics
