Guest Liaison -- Only English Speakers --, Ciudad de Panamá

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Guest Liaison to join our team.
The position requires direct interaction with patients through phone, email, and message platforms, acting as the key connection between patients and medical staff.
The Guest Liaison will ensure a seamless and smooth experience for patients throughout their clinical procedures by managing communications and logistical details.
This position requires a high level of English proficiency.

Required Skills
- Fluent English communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in scheduling systems and medical records software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Other Requirements: Knowledge of healthcare procedures and terminology is an advantage.

- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Office environment with regular office hours.
