Job Description Serve as the hotel's primary point of contact, embodying the essence of luxury service in every guest interaction.
Deliver a highly personalized experience by anticipating each guest's needs with discretion and precision.
Curate and coordinate exclusive dining, cultural, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences aligned with Sofitel's luxury standards.
Handle special requests with elegance, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and effortless guest experience.
Qualifications Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office.
Online Review Management platforms.
Previous experience as concierge and/or guest experience in mid-size luxury hotels.
