ABA Operations Lead (Build Improve Systems) Full-time | Fully remote Apply here: About the Job We're hiring an ABA Operations Lead to help build and improve the operational systems of a growing autism therapy organization.
This is a hands-on, startup-style role where you will be expected to create structure, improve workflows, and support multiple areas of the business.
You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in helping the organization scale.
What You'll Do Own recruiting coordination for clinical roles (BCBAs, RBTs) Manage onboarding workflows and hiring pipelines Support intake coordination, insurance verification, and scheduling Track credentialing and compliance processes Build and improve SOPs and operational workflows Identify gaps and implement practical solutions What Success Looks Like Clear, repeatable systems replace manual or inconsistent processes Hiring, intake, and scheduling workflows become more efficient Operational bottlenecks are reduced or eliminated Teams operate more smoothly because of your systems What We're Looking For Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health operations Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative without being asked Ability to move quickly and adapt to changing priorities Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Comfortable working across multiple functions Important You should apply if: You enjoy building systems from scratch You are comfortable working with ambiguity You take initiative and solve problems independently Apply here:
